Typical Landlord Fees & Charges 

(prices dependant on level of service required and size of portfolio)

• Full Management Service - Maximum of 18% per month of rental collected inclusive of VAT.
• Let Only Service - £675 + VAT (£810)

Typical Tenant Charges

• Novation Agreement

If the tenant finds the replacement - £100 + VAT per tenant (£120) 

If King & Co finds the replacement - £250 + VAT per tenant (£300)

• Tenancy Deposit – Maximum 5 weeks rent
